APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
I. Product specifications
1. Dimensions
- Length: 2500mm / 2000mm (customizable per order)
- Width: 500mm
- Thickness: 27mm / 21mm
2. Material: spruce/ pine (on request)
3. Structure: cross laminated timber
II. Pre-use inspection
- Ensure surfaces are smooth and free from stains, damage, or delamination.
III. Installation& construction procedures
1. Support system setup
- Calculate support spacing based on concrete loads to ensure formwork deflection ≤0.3%.
- Lateral supports must meet modulus of elasticity requirements (longitudinal ≥9000 MPa, transverse ≥600 MPa).
2. Formwork jointing
- Align joints tightly; squareness deviation ≤1mm/m.
- Seal seams with waterproof tape to prevent grout leakage.
3. Concrete pouring
- Pour in layers (maximum 1.5m per layer) to avoid excessive lateral pressure (bending strength: longitudinal ≥27 MPa, transverse ≥5 MPa).
- Vibrators must not come to direct contact with the formwork surface.
IV. Stripping & maintenance
1.Stripping timing
- Strip only after concrete reaches ≥ 75% of design strength (typically3–7 days).
2. Cleaning & storage
- Remove residual concrete immediately after stripping; avoid scraping with excessive force.
- Store in dry, ventilated conditions (moisture content: 10 ± 2%); protect from sun and rain.
3. Reuse guidelines
- Inspect surface coating integrity and ensure that repaired areas remain secure.
- Maximum reuse cycles: ≤ 5 times (subject to wear conditions).
Key safety notes
- Humid Environments: Apply protective coatings when used in damp areas(e.g., bathrooms) to prevent decay (EN 335 Class 2 compliance required).
- Structural Limitation: 27 mm panels are rated for structural use; 21 mm panels are non-structural (e.g., decorative cladding).
- This product is unsuitable for permanent water exposure (e.g., foundations). Failure to comply voids all structural warranties.
